Prep Time:
Cook Time:
2 long green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1⁄2″ piece ginger, peeled, grated
4 chicken breasts, skin removed
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 cups water
How to make it

Place onion, garlic, lime, fish sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger in a bowl, and stir to combine.

Place each piece of chicken in the middle of an 8×8″ square of baking paper.

Evenly divide the sauce between chicken breasts. Bring corners of baking paper to the center, and secure to form a parcel.
